ZANT has an open cell structure that ensures free flow of air through them. They have excellent mechanical strength, resilience and are available in densities ranging from 10 kg/m3to 120kg/m3. Hardness ASKER-F 20 to 95. We able to produce thickness as 1.5mm to 200mm, width as byre requirements. These foams can be milled, felted, die-cut or laminated as per requirements.

Most polyurethane foams have poor stability to light. The paling (or Yellowing) of foam is due to oxidation which is caused by combined action of oxygen and light, especially UV light. UV Stable Foam has high stability to light, obtained by means of special additives. All our grades of foam can be made UV Stable based on requirement."

When exposed to an open flame, flame retardant foams are chemically treated to be slow-burning or self-extinguishing. These fabrics can be manufactured from any material, but to qualify as flame retardant, they must be handled with specific chemicals.

Flame lamination is the process of laminating flexible materials with an open flame. This technique is used to seal materials such as fabrics to foams (often polyurethane foams), and/or other lofted non-woven polyesters.

A polyurethane foam that has a much greater responsiveness than memory foam, which has a slower reaction, is high resilience.
